Beurteilung von Zyklusstörungen
Diagnostik von Sterilität und Hypophysenfunktion

Probenmaterial

0.5 ml Serum
	Vacutainer mit Gel für Serum, 5 ml, oranger Stopfen
	S-Monovette® mit Gel für Serum, 7.5 ml, brauner Stopfen

Präanalytik

Wenn das Blut nicht innerhalb von 8 Stunden ins Labor gebracht werden kann, dann die Probe zentrifugieren, Serum abpipettieren und sofort einfrieren. Die Probe tiefgekühlt versenden.

Die Probe muss gefroren im ZLM eintreffen. Die Kühlkette darf nie unterbrochen werden.
